We highly customize the team coaching approach and plan to your team’s needs. After a thorough diagnostic, our coaches co-create the coaching plan with the team. The coach works with the team over multiple sessions to facilitate insight, momentum, and accountability.
Group Coaching: Learning Pods
We offer group coaching learning pods where a coach works with a small group of 4-10 individuals toward a common challenge or goal. Our group coaching learning pods provide a supportive and collaborative environment where group members can share experiences, learn from each other, and from the coach. Group coaching is a durable learning strategy to make new behaviors and changes stick with a strong focus on accountability.
Join a learning pod in one of our defined tracks. We also customize group coaching to fit your organization’s needs. For example, we design and deliver group coaching as a key component of an existing or new leadership development program.
