Founder and Senior Leadership Coach

  • Eric Feuerlicht, MBA, SPHR, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. He has professional certification in Applied Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, and Organization Development and Change.

    Eric brings 25 years of experience leading global teams and consulting in the areas of HR, organizational transformation, leadership, culture, coaching, and team performance. Eric was the Global Lead of Leadership Development and Coaching for Accenture, one of the world’s largest professional services firms. In this role, he led a large global team in designing and delivering scalable leadership solutions for over 700,000 employees. Previously, he worked as a Strategy Consulting Executive in Talent and Organization Performance with a diverse set of clients from the Fortune 500, federal and state government, and non-profit sectors across numerous industries. Eric began his career as a leader and entrepreneur in the home health care industry.

    Eric is known for his visionary, calming, and results-oriented coaching style. He partners with clients to crystallize their thinking, leverage their strengths, navigate complexity and change, and deepen trust-based relationships. Clients consistently achieve accelerated career progression, higher team engagement, and stronger business performance.

Senior Leadership Coach

  • Carolyn Spigel is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) and has a Graduate Certificate In Organization Development and Change Management.

    Over the past 25 years, Carolyn has held organization and talent development positions for companies including Morgan Stanley Capital International, American Management Systems (AMS) Wolters Kluwer, and Revlon. Carolyn served on the faculty for Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership for 9 years. As a consultant, Carolyn has developed successful client relationships across a broad range of industries coaching at all levels from emerging leaders to the C-Suite.

    Recognized for her sharp instincts and assessment skills, Carolyn quickly sorts through the clutter gaining the trust of clients facing complex challenges. By asking thought-provoking questions and offering practical, real-world insights, Carolyn acts as a “thinking partner” helping her clients to leverage their strengths and develop targeted strategies that drive meaningful business results. Moreover, Carolyn’s training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker uniquely positions her to bring a deep understanding of human behavior and group dynamics to her clients.

Senior Leadership Coach

  • Terry Behrman, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation, has over 20 years of experience in Coaching, Leadership Development, and Coach Mentoring. She has coached leaders across multiple industries and cultures, which positions her to understand the business challenges for leaders who not only need to lead teams but also generate value, impact, and profit. Terry’s most recent role at Accenture, a global professional services firm, was Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Coach Mentor within the Leadership Development and Coaching organization.

    Terry’s coaching approach is rooted in trust, fostering a genuine sense of care and a keen eye for recognizing the unique abilities and potential of the leaders she serves. She is known for her ability to identify and nurture a leader’s inherent strengths and emotional intelligence to boost their confidence and achieve success. Terry is also a certified ICF Coach Mentor in which she supports aspiring coach mentees to attain ICF coach credentials.

Marketing and Communications Lead

  • Alyssa received her business degree with focus on Marketing from George Mason University. Her passion is helping businesses establish brand identity and creating innovative marketing solutions. Alyssa served as the Marketing and Operations Lead for a DC based start-up fitness organization. Her role included establishing all service and social media platforms, managing daily and long-term operations, and organizing and executing marketing campaigns.

    Alyssa also served as the Business and Marketing Manager for a DC based restaurant. In this role, Alyssa established the organization’s website, social media, community partnerships, and the new banquet and event site. She also originated all standard operating procedures. Alyssa’s superpower is her emotional intelligence and ability to connect with others. She is proud to work for an organization whose focus is helping leaders strengthen their human-focused leadership capability.
